This policy applies exclusively to Kunai Gears products.
What We Repair
We offer repairs for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage (e.g., minor abrasions, torn stitching, broken zippers)
Repairs are provided at actual cost only—we do not profit from this service.
Cleanliness Requirement
Please send only clean and hygienic products.
If your gear arrives in an unclean state, a ₹1000 cleaning charge will apply to cover necessary cleaning before inspection or repair.
Step-by-Step Repair Process
1. Contact Us
Email info@kunaigears.com with:
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage
2. Initial Review
If the item appears repairable based on the photos, we’ll send you the address to ship your product.
Note: Shipping to our service center is your responsibility. Kunai Gears is not liable for any transit-related damage, loss, or delays.
3. Detailed Inspection
Once we receive your gear, our team will inspect it thoroughly to assess repair feasibility.
4. Repair Estimate
If the item is repairable, we’ll provide a transparent quote covering only labor and materials.
5. Approval & Payment
After you approve the estimate and complete the payment, email us the receipt to begin the repair.
6. Repair Timeline
Repairs typically take about 15 days, depending on the season. We’ll keep you updated with progress and estimated completion.
7. Final Quality Check & Return
The repaired item will undergo a final quality inspection before we ship it back to you.
Warranty Disclaimer
- Repairs due to wear and tear or accidental damage are not covered under warranty.
- If your item cannot be repaired, we will return it to you at no additional cost.
